This is a great tour. Lady Ravenwood was a great tour guide, and I loved that she dressed the part. Very cool outfit she wore! A couple of ladies on the tour were asking her where she purchased her corset. She was very entertaining, very in detail with the history, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about Savannah.

The storytelling was very in depth, light and fun but scary and serious at times. Our tour guide Prince absolutely knew what he was talking about and showed cool pictures that were taken on his tours.

Tour was great with an awesome tour guide. but I can't believe since we walked 11/2 miles to get there and was there early we couldn't join the earlier 9:30 tour. There was room available and the tour guide called in and the person in charge denied us. We feel that wasn't right making us wait longer since the tour guide said he wouldn't have minded. Therefore I am not pleased with this tour to ever take again due to poor management.

Dear Cecile, I'm really happy you enjoyed our tour with Lady Ravenwood, however, I'm really disappointed you feel that way about my management skills. I was indeed, following the best management guidelines I could under the circumstances. City Ordinance limits us to 30 guests per guide. 6th Sense World is not like some of the companies that just take their "over-limit" citations along with the cost of doing business, we strictly follow the rules. My 9:30 tour was full, with 29 out of 30 spots taken. I opened an additional 10 pm, which you were the first ones (2) I reserved on. You happened to arrive over half an hour early for your tour, which put you in the middle of our 9:30 tour trying to check in and take off. I had two guests that still had not shown up for the 9:30, and you wanted to take their spots, however, I couldn't allow that, because I had not confirmed they were not just running frantically trying to get there any moment for their tour. Your assigned host was there and checked you in at 9:46 pm, and you ended up with a semi-private tour with one other group. So, if holding those spots for the guests that reserved them, instead of letting you have them because you arrived early for your own tour is poor management, then so be it. I stand by my decision and hope that you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Savannah.
