Sir Richard was well-intended and knew a LOT of history of the area. Unfortunately, listening to him was like listening to a rambling monologue which clearly showed his personal opinion on several issues. I was disappointed, to say the least, and my husband, who loves items of this nature, was ready to leave after the first 30 minutes. I won't be booking with Sixth Sense again unless I can be sure of a different guide.

No time selection available when booking through Groupon. No clear instructions where to meet. No signage at site. Late at night, hooked up with wrong service. Didn't receive tour we paid for.

Hi Mitzie, I'm sorry to hear you were having difficulties, as I see you booked through Viator/TripAdvisor on my end. We have worked meticulously over the last 20 years to be sure our confirmation emails and website are clear. We also send text messages about an hour prior to the tour to ensure everyone has received their proper starting location reminder. While we do have our own Welcome Center & Gift Shop for our Bonaventure Cemetery Tour, our downtown ghost tours have met on the same corner locations for 20+ years, which are outside privately owned businesses. I know that my staff and I remember speaking to you a few times during the course of your visit, and also rescheduled your tour a couple of times for you, so it's very disappointing to see a 'one-star' review for something out of our control and hope that you reconsider. I do also hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Savannah.
