The tour was fascinating and our guide, Spirit of Prince, was really entertaining. He shared photos of the paranormal that really brought the sites to life (or death). The walk was beautiful and easy. We highly recommend this tour.

This "adults only" tour was really a lot of fun. Our tour guide, who had the coolest steampunk goggles of all time, knew her stuff. She didn't refer to a sheet, she knew exactly where we were, and had stories about what she had personally experienced. She also had her iPad, with pictures, that showed us where to look for different things. For instance, if there is a house, she showed where the haunting happened, and where people on the tour have seen things. The walk itself was pretty quick, even though the evening was brisk. We were there with a friend, and she enjoyed it as well. The quote that still kind of stays with me, and you realize it when you're in Savannah, is that it seems that "you're always walking over a dead body in Savannah". Because the city has been faced with Spanish flu, four fires, and whatever else, there's certainly plenty of areas to look for haunting. I would suggest this tour for anyone, and candidly, not sure why this was an adult tour as everything she covered and talked about certainly would have made sense for any age group. That being said, I would suggest this tour for anyone going on a ghost experience.

This was not a high quality tour like we have had at other times. It felt very unrehearsed and poorly prepared, much like a high school play. Within 20 mins we started looking at our watches. The stories had little “suspense/spookiness” to keep us interested. The guide seemed unsure of things when asked questions. We just expected more from a tour that was so highly reviewed. This is the second time I have done a tour of this sorts and was disappointed this time.

Hi C5798.. - I was really disappointed to see this type review and would have loved to be able to look you up to be able to speak to you directly and see which tourguide you had, as all of my guides consistently receive 5 stars for their performance. Their job is to provide the history, hauntings and folklore of the most notorious properties in the area, and this tour is what set the benchmark and led the way to haunted Savannah over 20 years ago.
