I went to the to brunch...save your $30.... and tun around. The piano players will only play if you pay them, even though they charge you $30 just to walk in, They advertise brunch but there is no brunch menu. Never again.

Hi. Thanks for attending our show. As with any piano bar, anywhere in the world, ALL song requests are accompanied with a 'tip' for the piano players - it's how they make their living. Just like the food, and the drinks, songs are not complimentary at ANY piano venue. Anywhere. We apologize if you were not aware of this practice. The date that you attended the show, the chef was out with a family emergency, and the kitchen was only available to serve the regular menu for our show. We apologize for this change, and there was nothing we could have done as this was an emergency situation. By all accounts, everyone at the show enjoyed the food, both in the showroom and in the restaurant at large. Also, the $30 ticket is not just to "walk in". That is the cost of attending the show and enjoying the music performed, just as with any concert or show in NYC. If you want to make your own requests, those are not included in the ticket, as indicated on the tickets you purchased. We wish you all the best in your future entertainment selections.

Sat 12/30/2023 10:00 PM at Burgerology NYC, 320 West 36th St., NYC, we arrived an hour early because we wanted to have dinner and hoped to get great seats. We were brought to our table by Mark (actually one of the performers). We were the first guest to arrive but he sat us against the back wall, when we asked to be moved up, he rudely, and loudly replied, "those tables are $30", making it seem like we didn't even pay for our table. we felt like second class citizens. We stayed for the show and the other performer Sean was amazing, and had a great voice, when you could hear it over Marks meowing and other antics. We had dinner and drinks the check was over $100 and the food was pretty good. Burgerology should be seating their guest and not the talent. Hey Mark tone it down a notch or two...

Hi - thanks for attending our SOLD OUT show! We're thrilled that you enjoyed the food at Burgerology - we agree, their dinners are PHENOMENAL! We wanted to address your seating comments - as with any show, there are tiers of seating. You purchased discounted tickets, which, like any showroom, have only certain seats available. If you had wanted Front Row seating, that option was available to you at the time of purchase. Those seats are sold for a premium in complement of their unique nature, as they are with any show or concert. You were given the best available seats in the section you purchased for. As to our seating procedures - in our 14 year history, we have always seated our own guests. It's just one way we maintain our customer experience and we're VERY proud of that level of customer interaction that we have. As to our 'tone'...bless your heart.

This show is incredible. At Burgerology off 36th. These guys are talented!! Witty, fun and will leave you speechless! The late night Saturday show is a must see, been several times but the Sunday boozy brunch is such an experience. Perfect venue- cozy, incredible food and drinks. High quality. Staff is on point. Was recommended to go and now I have been several times. Sells out fast. Heads up.
