Jennifer's tour is a truly unique and memorable experience. She had so much knowledge and so many interesting stories and things to say about the area, it was a very special event! I felt completely safe and able to enjoy the bike travel even though I've not been on a bike down there before. Jen was able to answer all the random and silly questions I had, since I kept noticing so many things I wanted to know more about. This is definitely the best way for anyone, local or tourist, to see the different and best parts of LA. I was also fortunate enough to get some really great recommendations for restaurants and various activities to try in the area. The bike was in amazing condition and I felt it was really smooth when riding. Jennifer was one of the kindest and most professional hosts I've ever interacted with, she was friendly and full of energy the entire time. There's nothing negative I could possibly think of to say about this, it was so worthwhile and memorable, I can't wait to go on her other tours and I fully recommend everyone to book this tour now.

Locating the start point was easy and Jen was ready with good quality bikes and helmets ready for our twilight experience. Her directions and commentary were excellent and she was mindful of our safety at all times. Having said that, the designated bike lanes and the route she took us on were easy to navigate and not strenuous and provided a stress free ride through the city to enjoy the sites. We stopped at points of interest and given some background/history. It was a great way to get to know Downtown LA, get some exercise and enjoy being ‘on the streets’.

I was traveling for work and had the evening to myself so I decided to sign up for the evening bike tour. I was a little nervous about riding around downtown LA at night, but Handlebar Bike tours takes lots of safety precautions, plus LA has protected bike lanes we rode in most of the time. It was a great way to explore the city and learn about some of the history. As a bonus, at the end of the tour you get a list of all the restaurant recommendations from the tour. Definitely would recommend!
