The guides...Sky & Terry were AWESOME! The zip lines were so fun & had the best time with great friends! Love the new additional line.

Well, we arrived 30 minutes early (as instructed), but were no told they were running WAYYYYY behind. We were supposed to start at 6:00, but did nit start until 7:30. Because we started so late we had to miss 3 lines since it had gotten too dark. So fine we missed out on that. We were bummed, but there was nothing we could do about it. What was the worst was that they offered us from laser tag passes to make up for it! Laser tag? We were leaving at 8:00am the next day and at that point it was 9:00 at night and we didn't feel like going anywhere else, even if we DID want to play laser tag (which we did NOT). Instead they offered $25 of out TOTAL which was $380. It is completely unacceptable. We missed almost half of our tour and they offered us back 25 measly dollars; on top of making us wait 2 hours for our tour! Horrible, unethical business practices.

Sam and Kyle were our guides and they did a great job with our group of 12, which included 4 children! Knowledgeable guides who care about safety while having fun. My husband and I spontaneously decided to do a zip line activity on Sunday afternoon and this was the only place still with any openings. The park had been open since 7 AM and the guides had been going nonstop since opening with no breaks. We were skeptical about how fun it actually would be as we sat in the parking lot and saw people zipping overhead….of the parking lot? But this park just added a new course and there are beautiful views and fun variations not seen at other venues. We recommend this zip line park, especially for families with young children, because the children can zip too, and not even in tandem with an adult if they’re up for it. Hopefully the management here will realize they need to make some scheduling changes so backups and delays don’t happen like they experienced yesterday.
