Our family of 6 had a great time and we thoroughly enjoyed our time zip-lining today! We zipped with kids ages 5 & 8 and their grandparents (50s) also joined us. Our guides, Sky and Blaze, did great with all of us and made each of us feel very comfortable. Our experience levels ranged from having gone before to never having zipped and one of the grandparents was afraid of heights and had a previous injury. The guides were calm and relaxed about accommodating and encouraging them through their concerns about grip and heights. The kids were completely comfortable as well and happily went on their own for a couple zips, likely because Sky and Blaze were so great with them. It was nothing to them and the kids rolled with it, happy to be allowed to do the adventure. For the longer zips, we went tandem with them and the guides were also great about that. They varied their directions for each person based on weight (when we went tandem our speed was higher due to the dual-weight) and needs. They did this for everyone else in the group outside of our family as well. It was clear they were experienced, worked efficiently but quickly to minimize waiting and gave clear directions to keep everyone knowing what to expect and safe in the process. They also were fun to talk with in the transitions between zips and on the short ride up/down. I was concerned my 8-year-old would struggle because of being a little more tentative, but we got off and was grinning ear-to-ear asking to go again. It was a perfect combination of long and short zips with the slower, shorter ones first to get comfortable with the technique and just enough time to enjoy without becoming too tiresome. Comparative to others in the area, the pricing was reasonable and we felt it was well worth what we spent. It was our favorite activity in the area and we would absolutely go again. A perfect first experience for our kids and a great time for our whole family!
