Our family took the full day tour of LA, Hollywood and the beaches. Our tour guide was Rick and we couldn't have had a better guide. He was friendly and just made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. It was rainy that day and he even had umbrellas available for us to use. This was our first trip to CA and we wanted to see as much as we could. After looking at several brochures, we had selected another tour company, but after looking at Trip Advisor, we changed our minds and went with the Anaheim Tour Company and we are so glad we did. We highly recommend this company!!! Thank you for a wonderful day!

What a bummer that your first trip to California included a rainy day!! I'm so sorry! I'm grateful, however, that Rick was your guide and that he made the day great. We're so proud of each member of the team and how they do all they can to make each tour special (like the umbrellas and even getting around LA in the rain which in itself is pretty great). Rick is really a marvelous person and cares so much for each guest - we're grateful for him being on our team. I'm also so glad you found us here on Trip Advisor. Reviews like yours help guests and although we'd love to have hundreds of guests each day, we'd still do it in Vans rather than buses. We all had a great time. We could have skipped downtown LA as it’s just like a standard big city with tall buildings and stayed longer at the Santa Monica Pier and/or the Chinese Theater area. Our guide was great pointing out buildings and what was filmed at different spots.

Hi and thank you so much for the review and for trusting us with your day here. It's such a challenge because we take so many people around Los Angeles County and there is so much to see there... More time would be great and we always talk about ways to add more time every day but, as you know, your tour started at 8:30am and ended around 5pm and there really isn't any down-time... There are 6 different stops ranging from 25 minutes to an hour and the LA photo stops are shortest and actually on the way either to Hollywood in the morning or back from Hollywood at the end of the day, depending on the direction the driver chooses in the morning. The 15 minutes saved could definitely be added on somewhere else but we never know what guests are looking forward to seeing and some really like to see the Walt Disney Concert Hall or Staples Center so, it's a challenge to decide what we should leave out. It sounds like it was a great day and thank you for the feedback! We really appreciate it and hope to see you again one day soon! Happy Travels, Tom

As a party of 8 with a mix of adults and children, we decided to design our own private tour as we only had one free day to see LA. We were staying in Anaheim so that we could spend a few days at the theme parks. Tom helped organise a fabulous day for us and picked us up on time from our hotel in Anaheim. He was very informative, answered all of our questions and went out of his way to show us as many things as possible. Our day was perfect and by the end of it we felt that we had seen all of the usual tourist sites and more. We never felt rushed and had ample time to get out and explore each place. I would highly recommend the Anaheim Tour Company to anyone who wants to not only see the sites but also have a personalised itinerary to suit their needs.
