Our most diverse Grand Canyon tour, blends remarkable ruins, dramatic lava fields, majestic volcanoes and the magnificent Grand Canyon. Guests will appreciate riding in a comfortable touring van, usually with a group size of no more than 10 guests total. In the morning you will experience Wupatki and Sunset Crater Volcano National Monuments. Stop at Cameron Trading Post on the Navajo Nation. The you will get amazing views from the East and South Rims of the Grand Canyon and still have time and flexibility to explore in the afternoon.

Really enjoyed the whole trip. Picked us up at our hotel exactly on time. There were eight of us total so it was a very comfortable ride. Michael (Smoky) was our tour guide and he was great. Enjoyed the stops along the way to the Grand Canyon, very interesting. The lunch at the Navajo Cafe was amazing. The Grand Canyon National Park is huge so it was nice to have someone to take us to some great spots. Glad we took this tour.

I booked this tour with an itinerary that had 6 hours total in the Grand Canyon, 3 hours in South Rim and 3 in East Rim. However, we had less than 2 hours total with only be let off the van for 4 times for 15 minutes each. When I reached out to the tour operator, Ma and Pa Tours, they told me I was lying. So please see the attached screenshot showing the iteniery I booked and reconsider booking with this tour company.

The facts are these: We received an appeal for a 100% refund from the booking agent on your behalf indicating the guide had never showed up Please see REFUND REQUEST RECEIVED below. You had previously contacted the organization by email regarding an error in the tour itinerary posting which you could not have experienced had you not been on the tour. The error was due to a glitch with the booking company which we explained and we petitioned for resolution from them on your behalf.
