  • The maximum weight limit per person is 300 pounds. Guests over the weight limit (300+ lbs) will be required to purchase 2 seats. This is payable direct to the tour operator prior to the tour date.
  • Arizona state law requires children under 8 years to have either a child seat or booster. Child seats are not provided, please bring your own and notify supplier
  • Minimum age is 3 years and guest must inform supplier they will provide car seats or boosters.
  • Wheelchairs and walkers are acceptable as long as they fold up and can be slid into the vehicle without assistance from tour guide. The helicopter cannot accommodate wheelchairs or walkers. You must let the supplier know if you are bringing either.
  • We do not guarantee pickup for all hotels. Even if your hotel is on the list, there may be a chance you'll need to meet at an alternate location. Any guest staying outside of Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe will be required to meet at an alternate location to be determined by supplier. Tour supplier contact details will be provided on your pre-paid voucher.
  • The Grand Canyon South Rim is a 7,000 foot elevation, please note this if you have concerns about altitude.
  • There is NOT a restroom on the vehicle. Comfort stops are made throughout the day.
  • You must let the supplier know if there are any mobility concerns that they should be aware of.
  • Minimum numbers apply for the public small group tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

Great trip! If you're planning a trip to the Grand Canyon definitely take a helicopter! The views were great and far better than you get from the roadside. Our guide was very knowledgeable and didn't bore me with dumb jokes.

The tour of the Grand Canyon and Sedona were originally schedule for the 9th of September, following bad weather in the Arizona area, the tour was postponed to the 10th. Communication from the tour operator was excellent and professional. The tour itself was absolutely amazing! The driver Memo was very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. He took us to some great photo spots and provided us with constant information regarding the surrounding area.
The helicopter tour was phenomenal, the views of the Canyon from the sky are second to none! The pilot Jake was also fantastic, shared several jokes, very knowledgeable and even though I called him Jack a few times didn't correct me once!
An unbelievable experience at a great price! I would recommend this to anyone and will hopefully have the opportunity to do it again!
