We did our tour with Hagen, who is a fantastic tour guide. He made it easy to join the tour, circled the block to pick up other tour participants while we were stuck in traffic getting to the parking lot. He was very pleasant, accomodating and full of information. You can just feel how interested he is in Miami itself and how motivated to share that information with you. He told us about the history of the city, how it was founded and developed, took us to great stops and planned the route in a way so that lunch and desert were local specialties as well and could easily be integrated into the schedule. The tour was over 4 hours long and very enjoyable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get a good overview of Miami in a short timeframe and especially to any German speakers vacationing in Florida.
