The review left by Linda W onour Feb 13, 2022 tour was absolutely correct. The owners response is offensive as he suggests the review is made up. Louis absolutely lied to you (the owner) about the masks. At pick up, he voluteered out of the blue that he "was so over wearing a mask" and then never wore one the entire day. We actually did wear our masks the entire day. Here is another lie Louis told you (the owner) - that our group was the last pick-up. Actually, we were the first pick-up. Another lie by Louis, that we were making demands and having constant conversations within our group. Absolutely false!. There was virtually no conversation in our group or on the bus and the only requests made of him were to speak up. And we were NOT the only guests to ask him to speak up. Louis spent the great bulk of our time on the bus talking about his personal life - living off the grid for two years, how he is a failure at relationships, how he met his wife in a bar and a molitov cocktail was thrown into the bar and at this first date, peeing into the wind and having his urine blow back in his face. And then talking about being fired from his last job over and over. I don't take tours to hear about the guide's person life and foibles. This guy is a terrible fit for the job of tour guide. When dropping off passengers at the end of the day Louis made a big announcement about how one of the couples on the bus had donated a kidney, which donating a kidney is a very wonderful thing to do, but again, is that something they wanted shared - its personal information. And Louis even said, "I'm not sure you want me to tell this, but...) And I suspect most guests do not sign up for tours to hear about the personal lives of other guests. As for tour expectations, we spend a lot of time travelling and touring. We've had good ones, great ones and not so good ones, but none of them have ever moved me to leave a one star review. Louis is a problem. And sooner or later you (the owner) will come to understand this as well.

Mahalo for your review and we do take all comments to heart. I’m sorry your traveling companion and yourself have that perception. We did address Linda’s review and understand you don’t agree. We do apologize both Linda and yourself feel that way. We did share both reviews with Louie and our ownership as we always strive to maintain our guests touring experience.
Unfortunately sometimes we cannot meet everyone’s expectations, again we do apologize.
