The tour is well put together, the sights spectacular, but our tour guide was, unfortunately, curt and impolite, specifically to my sister and me. He was extremely upset and ill mannered because we were late at pickup time. My sister explained that I needed additional time (I am a cancer patient and disabled) and apologized profusely. I caused a 14 minute delay, but he made sure that we were treated like dirt throughout the tour.. It's not my intention to give names, but to point out what this company needs to address--better training and a little more compassion.

We strive for excellence in giving every passenger a truly memorable experience, and work diligently with our tour guides on sensitivity training. Clearly, this experience did not reflect what our company's mission is and once again, we are very sorry that you and your sister felt singled out on this tour in a negative way.
