  • Pikes Peak Highway is open year round. However, weather conditions are always a factor. if the summit is not accessible, we will drive to the highest point possible.
  • No children under the age of 7. Private tours are recommended for families with children.
  • You may experience altitude sickness. Avoid alcoholic beverages for 24 hours prior to departure time.
  • No refunds will be issued due to weather or road closures.

I booked this tour because of the reviews. I went with my 18 year old grandson and we both had a blast. Jason S was our guide and from the moment we left Union Station we felt comfortable with him. He explained sites as we passed them on the way out and told us about names for the changes in elevation. Our first stop was Garden of the Gods. An incredible view of the rock formations and plenty of photo ops. Jason advised us on his recommendation on where to take our photos. He also emphasized on being back to the vehicle within a certain time frame and all 13 of us on this tour were considerate. The Manitou Springs stop afforded an opportunity to get a quick bite and get a feel for the area. Many of us went to one of the locations recommended by Jason S. and it was the bomb! Someday I hope to explore this area again. Finally, the culmination of our trip, Pikes Peak (the inspiration for American the Beautiful). Such an incredible Rocky Mountain High...Jason watched out for all of us and our exposure at over 14K feet and made sure we were all feeling okay. If I could give this trip more than 5 stars, I would.

I considered renting a car to see these sites. So thankful that Jason was at the wheel instead. Hairpin turns up to the peak and I was able to enjoy the view and experience. Jason helped us connect with our fellow travelers, took pics for us, and he made the day better. At the lunch stop in Manitou Springs, highly recommend The Loft. Delicious sandwiches and coffees.
