Every detail was taken care of -- just enough time for food, snacks, restrooms, education, photo opportunities, hotel pick-up and delivery, even documentaries about Yosemite were shown while we rode! Brian was the perfect host! I will recommend this tour to all of my friends!

We have visited Yosemite before but unfortunately couldn't do the giant sequoia walk which was one of the reasons for us returning. Joe was our driver and told us some useful facts along the way about Yosemite and provided water as it was hot, could of done with a cooler in the back of the van to keep it cold.We got to walk to see the giant sequoias this time and had time to comfortably walk there and back. We then visited other parts of the park, this time we got to visit the waterfalls opposite El cap which was a bonus and were beautiful. Going in the summer meant it was very busy but we still got the time to see all the parts of the park stated. Our ride was comfortable the driver did mention it wasn't the van he should have had and there were a few problems with the air con dripping at the back. After the long journey home we got to see bay bridge lit up at night. There is a sign on the bus stating gratuities are recommended at 20% of the total of your trip, depending on how much you paid for this day trip this can be quite an amount of money on top of what you have already paid depending on how many people are in your group, I also think what you tip is a personal choice and dependent on personal circumstances. Also it does not state on the website when booking gratuities are 20% of your total price therefore we were unprepared for this at the end of our day as were othe travellers. When we left the bus and gave our tip the driver grunted at us and said no more because it wasn't 20% and made us feel uncomfortable luckily it was as we got off. All in all we did enjoy our day and a great to see so much in our time.

Brian was so informative and attentive to the whole group, even offering to take photo after photo of each person. I would definitely recommend the tour - it is a long day but you see all of the main sites and because you set off early we didn’t really have any queues or find any place too overcrowded. The sequoia hike was especially breathtaking and during our free time we hiked part of the Yosemite Falls trail which was amazing. If you’re going in the summer be sure to bring hats and sun cream and plenty of water (although they do have refilling stations for water bottles). Definitely worth it to see this amazing place.
