The team is very warm and attentive. They have true love for their horses. The views are amazing, definitely recommend the experience.

Our horse riding activity for a group of 6 on 21/12/24 was cancelled because of bad weather. Up till now, more than a month after the cancelled activity, company has still not refunded our payment despite several email queries. Company also did not bother to reply to our emails on when they will be making the refund. Refund should be prompt and company should have the courtesy to reply on when they will refund instead of maintaining radio silence. If someone from the company is reading this, can you Plse act on this and arrange for the refund immediately. Very bad and I will never book with this company again.

Hi Lena, please check your junk mail as sometimes our emails go in there, (which we did send you) also for your refund confirmation that was also sent to you immediately after we saw the discrepancy.
