A qualified instructor will meet you at beach access #16, located at 4400 Gulf Blvd., South Padre Island, Texas. There you will learn a series of techniques for building and carving a better sandcastle. This is hands-on instruction, and in 1 hour you will have a completed (or mostly completed) sand castle, perfect for a family photo op.

My family really enjoyed the lesson! They were blown away. Everyone left talking about how they have been building sandcastles wrong over the years. Highly recommend.

I booked this for my family and we were blown away. We learned so much about building a sand castle the proper way. Lucinda was great. She was very patient with my daughter and explained things on her level. My daughter loved showing off what we did that morning as people walked by the rest of the day. Lucinda let us borrow some tools so we were able to take what we learned to keep building sand castles during our stay. Your beach trip is not complete without this!

Not really good. We booked one and half hour session where our guide was in a hurry and went away after one hour 15 min. We as beginners go slow but he expects us to finish fast and kids couldn’t enjoy at all. Not sure about other guides but our guide didn’t do well.

You booked a 1-hr lesson - we only offer full one or two hours sessions through this platform - so your instructor actually gave you an extra 15 minutes. Your daughters were unhappy from the get-go and argued amongst themselves rather than listen to the instructor. We cannot pour the info into your head - you will get out of it as much as you put into it. Nevertheless, I am sorry that you did not enjoy our presentation...
