It was awesome, the speed was crazy and fun, the music was well selected and our guides were friendly people. We got see some really great views so overall a very great place and definitely worth the money !

The Thriller speed boat tour was so much fun! The music was great! My need for speed was met! The tour guide was very informative, at the end he even gave us time for photo ops against the Miami Skyline! The tour was just the right amount of time not to get bored. I highly recommend this Thriller tour!

Boat ride was amazing the crew was amazing! Customer service there is horrible! If it was not for the situation I encountered I would of have gave this attraction 5 stars. While checking in a staff was arguing with a customer. Gentlemen told the lady that she needed to stop making a scene, all she wanted to do was cause problems and needed to come down. The lady just seemed like she wanted someone to listen to her because she was unpleased with her boat ride. Yet that’s is no way to handle a situation especially talking to her in a very aggressive way. Second, They have children working for them, which look way younger then the legal age to work which I believe is 14 years old in Florida.
