We enjoyed seeing the beautiful city with a very informative guide. Would have loved to walk around more had it not been so hot.

The woman at the booth counter of the trolley tour was extremely rude. It’s the tiny booth at the end of the street beside Olukai and Kilwin’s shop. She’s white and a little chubby. We asked her for train timings and some queries and she answered rather rudely and even said “I don’t know how would I know?” Lady, you work there. Be more professional when serving customers and work on your manners.

The historical tidbits were great to hear. The drivers were very pleasant, positive and informative. The seats could use extra padding.
