I Purchased 4 tickets online to ride the trolley for the following day, I filled out all of my information correctly including my email address and Credit card information. My card was debited and I never received an email confirmation. I tried to call and could not get through to anyone so I ended up paying for the tickets a second time in person at the box office. Very disappointed

We were in town for several days and bout a five day pass. We basically used the trolley to get around during our stay so I would have to drive much. The tours are informative and convenient to get around to different museums and tours. We LOVED Chip and Chief…. These guys were great at explaining historical events in a way that really got my kids interested. We are a homeschooling family so this was a big deal to me. They were great! The only issue we had was with a driver named Kanga. All of the drivers make jokes about the David statue at Ripleys but she went WAY too far and got WAY too inappropriate. It was a very weird trolley ride and I feel that we weren’t the only upset family over this. In a week you ride enough to know what’s normal and not normal…. Our experiences with her (two occasions) were both odd. I actually got my kids off her tour just because I couldn’t take it anymore. As far as Chip, my kids would watch for him to try to get on his trolley. He made them laugh so much and they just loved it. He makes “southern” accents to play out different scenes and historical events on the tour and they LOVED it!!! My daughter actually said she wished they gotten a picture with him. He made our vacation so much fun! I would 100% do the trolley again. Worth the money! I would just avoid that one driver. We had several drivers and that was the only one that made us feel uncomfortable.

We were visiting this beautiful historic town for a girls weekend. My mom, sister, and I wanted to get away and enjoy a relaxing weekend. Everyone that works at Old Town Trolley Tours was so nice and helpful, ESPECIALLY Oz. He was a great tour driver. He made the history of this beautiful city come to life! If you are able to take a tour from Oz, please do. I highly recommend him! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
