We were never able to get tickets to use on and off trolley because arrived to late into city. Plus could find where to get tickets

Easy way to see the city and gain information to better know what places you’d enjoy touring to gain more information about.

Wasn’t enough trollies. People were waiting 45 minutes+ and 3 trollies bc there wasn’t enough space. Basically left people stranded out there. They need an attendant because there were people waiting and others ran right up. Had to hold a spot for my 65 year old parents so they could get in the third trolly. Driver Feliz was rude. In the middle of the trip he told us we couldn’t sit where we had been sitting. I understand he wanted us to sit in benches completely but we were crammed on there and had nowhere to go. Literally thought we were going to be told to get off in the middle of the street. Multiple stops, I believe everything from 12 to 16, had 20+ people waiting. He kept telling people the next trolly had more room. It didn’t. At one point my wife told people waiting there wasn’t room on the coming trollies to warn them and he began to argue with her on the PA. It was poorly run and they were overwhelmed with the crowd today. 2 stars instead of one is bc the concept is good overall and first tour driver Mike I believe was good.
