We booked and or driver was 20 plus minutes late, so we were unable to take the ride due to our schedule. We asked for a refund. You can literally walk by and get a carriage for less money than is charged here. If you want a carriage ride just walk up and grab one. Don’t book in advance.

Rauf was a fun tour guide. It was the first time for our college age children in NYC. He pointed out things of interest for us and answered all of our questions. Blankets kept us warm! Very fun experience.
