Seeing NYC and the monuments from the water offers such a unique and beautiful perspective of the city. We had one day to explore NYC and the late afternoon cruise we took on the Manhattan was delightful. We sat outside and especially enjoyed the views and took many awesomen photos. Reasonably priced, a decent size (not too packed and crowded). I think the sunset cruises would be lovely, too.

I bought the tour on the website with a scheduled time, 16:00 hours, and arrived 20 minutes in advance. But when I went on board I was informed that the boat was full and that I could not take the ride. They said it was to contact the agency that sold the tickets, in the case to Viator and ask for the refund. They even suggested buying tickets there with them for the next hour, that I would have secured my seat. I entered a chat by email that I received the tickets reporting what happened and asking for the immediate refund but I was not answered. I lost the money and the ride, besides the frustration. I do not recommend buying this tour by the site.
