It was a great trip. The check in was so easy and quick and they were very punctual when loading and arriving back. A great informative tour audio is provided as you pass by multiple landmarks. You get to take amazing pictures as you’re approaching the Golden Gate Bridge. They slow down the boat when you are close to the bridge so you can take pictures. The boat passes under the bridge and then turns around and goes around the Alcatraz island.

The boat had an electrical problem, they let us inside the boat for over one hour without offering any explanation or complementary drinks. We knew what was happening when the San Francisco police arrived and quickly fixed the problem and returned us safely to the dock.

The equipment issue was extremely unpleasant for everyone, ourselves included. You have our deepest apologies for the inconvenience. In such a situation, the safety of passengers and crew was our top concern. We apologize if there was any lack of communication.

Went in a cruise of the bay, under the Golden Gate Bridge and around Alcatraz. Audio commentary from the boat gave out interesting information about the surrounding buildings, wildlife and the Rock which is the island of Alcatraz. Well worth the money - would definitely recommend it.
