The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

The building is beautiful but the time alotted (30 seconds) to take picture on the edge was very unfair. I stood in line and noticed some persons spent more than the alotted time but me and my son was basically hustled off. I didn't pay all of that money for that.

Reflection is insane and comforting. The staff was reallly helpful, don’t go on a cloudy or foggy day ruin the view experience

it was overcrowded, i accidentally bumped into someone due to overwhelm from the amount of people that were there. i just wanted to get out as fast as possible, and it was really tiring because you can't just exit without going through the whole thing. i bump into this guy into his shoulder accidentally ant then his mom chases me and "bumps" into me. i ended up having a panic attack, but the staff members were really helpful and got me to the exit. anyway! it's really overcrowded so if you have a lot planned in your day don't come here because it's exhausting. you are literally shoulder to shoulder with people 90% of the time and everyone is yelling and there are kids everywhere. on top of that check the weather on the day you want to visit so you don't end up being in the fog with no view like us. honestly i feel bad even remembering this experience, i would rather pay the same money, or a little more to have a drink at a rooftop bar in manhattan than whatever this was.
