Terrible experience, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I had a surprise birthday hot-air balloon ride for my best friend, who has never been up in one. We both own our businesses and rearranged our day to go up in a sunrise balloon ride with Champaign and snacks. Less than 24 hours later, I got several calls and texts canceling the ride. They didn't have enough people going, and unless I wanted to pay more $ for a private, we were not going. The women handling this were insulting and unprofessional. She didn't even care, talked over me when I tried to explain it was her birthday. Appeared to only be pushing a private ride instead and then to say there was no Champaign or snacks offered. Not even clear if I'm getting fully refunded. Needless to say, this cost me a lot of money canceling my workday and not having an experience for my friend's birthday on such short notice.

Please read the additional information on your booking. Whereas it states there must be a minimum number of people and if not other dates may be available. I am sorry the exact date and time was not available for you. As for fruit and champagne; yes that is after every flight. No one told you wouldn’t have gotten that. You said you signed up for breakfast which isn’t accurate so I corrected you. We did notify you 48 hours before that at that time we didn’t have enough people and gave you the option to move days. You refused and wanted to wait. At this time you yelled and cussed out our weekend staff which is a minor before hanging up on her. Then called me the day of to ask if we found anyone else before you yelled at me and hurled insults and hung up on me.
