Tour was late and we missed the sunrise. Infact we were in an industrial parking lot for sunrise. Captain was weird and when asked what altitude we were travelling, he started to argue and say why don't you fly the balloon. He kept going back and forth with this nice family. I was actually scared that he was going to loose it several thousand feet in the air. Pick another hot air balloon company

Pilot asked you wanted to try flying it… that’s normally something people hope for. What do you mean pilot was about to lose it thousands of feet in the air?

The guide was a little grouchy but he was a good pilot. We missed sunset it was rising as we were. The ground crew WAITED for a couple so we missed the bring in the air for sunrise. Smooth ride, enjoyed the views.

This trip started out great. The driver was kind & I liked that he was a veteran. He explained everything that was going to happen. When we got on the hot air balloon the pilot was "rude" when I asked him how high we were, his answer was it depends on the wind, which this seem to be his only answer for everything! When my aunt said he should know, he replied with well maybe she should trade places with him! Then he went off on a rant about people being too sensitive and how he doesn't care what people think. Then towards the end he gets upset because people were on FB, another rant. And if that was aimed at me? I was shopping on Amazon not on FB. Besides, what did it matter what people were doing on their own phone, it is their own business. The only reason I didn't give this a 1 star is because he did fly us high. And my aunt got some good photos. Tbh I would not recommend this to anyone. Like I said there's a reason this has only 4 star rating!!
