This was my first flight, and it was spectacular. Shane and crew were fantastic. This was a Phoenix "Girls Trip" experience, and my 4 friends and I were all super impressed with the rigor with which the crew tested wind/weather conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for us as well as Shane's expertise in piloting our balloon. The sunrise was amazing, as was the awesome views in general. The ride was so smooth that were were able to just immerse ourselves in the tranquil beauty unveiled before us. The celebratory champagne toast with snacks provided the finishing touch to a truly superlative experience! This was truly the highlight of our trip. Thank you so much!

This was a once in a lifetime experience! The pilot (Shane) was extremely knowledgeable and very safety conscious. He made everyone in the group feel welcome and comfortable. He was patient with our group who asked an abundance of questions. The support staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting the Phoenix area. I’ve never desired to do this as my attitude was if God wanted me to fly, he would have given me wings. Now I know why so many people love to do this, there is nothing as powerful as truly knowing that you are at the mercy of winds and God’s grace and mercy. The traditional ceremony of the balloonist prayer after the flight was extremely moving.
