Amazing! My husband and two girls 9 and 11 went Friday and loved every minute. Andy was our pilot and he was perfect funny, knowledgeable and patient with my kids questions. This was my husbands and I second hot air ballon ride and this one was our favorite! They even put up a sign on the basket for my daughters birthday. Thanks Rainbow Ryders.

We did a balloon ride recently while in town on personal business and for our anniversary. Rainbow Ryders is a wonderful organization - starting with your booking process to the champagne toast after your flight. The entire staff worked very well together. This was one of our bucket list items and it was amazing. I'm a bit nervous with heights, but this ride was so smooth and the views so amazing that I was fine after a bit.

The HQ building is very bright and modern and their staff is very friendly and efficient. Our guide Kyle was very personable and drove us in the shuttle to the Senora Dessert. They allow guests to help with the balloon set up which is very intriguing. My husband and I were on our Honeymoon and this was the highlight of our trip. The flight was very romantic, even if we were among others. We got to see wild mules. The hot balloon is huge and the whole flying experience was peaceful and relaxing, not even a little bit scary. Having a 360 view and being able to watch the sunset is amazing. The landing was a little rough but nothing too serious. When we landed we had a champagne toast and charcuterie when we got back to the HQ building.
