SWFL sunsets are the best, and there is no better place to watch them than from the deck of our 36ft. Sailing Catamaran, "Copacetic". The sunset hours are a magical time to be out on the water. With the winds calm, the sun turns golden and paints the sky in a palette of hues and colors that seem almost unreal. There is no way you cannot be taken by it. My friend and I went on the Sunset Sail on Thursday, June 10. It was a great experience! We didn't see any dolphins but enjoyed sailing and relaxing. The captain played great music. The wine and beer were only $2.00 each so very reasonable. I would recommend this sail.

Captains were great hosts, took our drink orders and family pictures. Played fun music. Sunset was beautiful! Definitely recommend!

Should have been canceled for weather, operator did not respond to any (several made) requests for contact. We didn’t drive down to Ft Meyers (we are in Sanibel) because we could see the thunderstorms in the area. No idea if the boat went out without us - still no response from the operator. Would like our money back at this point.

Hi Garrett, This is Aaron from Copacetic Sailing. We have been trying to reach out to you but your robocall blocker might be giving our call system problems. It also appears your voicemail box is full. We are sorry we missed you on your sail on Sunday. Aside from your missed calls that day no messages or voicemails were received from you requesting contact so, we did not reach back out. I’m not sure what service you used to reach out aside from your missed call. I’m curious if you checked your email that day, we sent an email out to everybody who was listed on the sail that day at 2:51pm from our business office saying that we were monitoring the weather and that it was forecasted to be clear by the time of our departure and to meet us at the dock. When you attempted to call us that day, I was on another sail and was unable to answer (per USCG regulations I’m forbidden from using PEDs while I’m at the helm). You didn’t leave a voicemail so I didn’t know what you wanted (we get a lot of robo calls too and I only return calls when a voicemail is left, otherwise I assume it’s a robocall). I’m sure you can sympathize since you have a robo blocker on your phone. As our email to you that day promised, the weather cleared and we departed at 6:30 with all the other passengers onboard. As far as communication goes, aside from our phone, we have texting, trip advisor messaging, Facebook, Yelp, a communication form on our website, and email. Our response times on these platforms are usually within the hour unless we are on a sail. While we normally do not refund no-shows, we will make an exception in this case since you did call. Give me a call at 1-888-470-SAIL ext 700 and I’ll process your refund.
