We were unable to figure out how to use the app, which was probably operator error, if I’m being honest. We were disappointed, but managed to visit a lot of highlights that Birmingham has to offer. However, the manager of the tour company called to apologize and said they would have been happy to have helped me in the souvenir shop. (I didn’t think to inquire in the shop, which is the starting point). She was very gracious and I was very impressed that she followed up. Great customer service!
