Suzy and Matthew were awesome! Our two sons took a beginner surfing lesson with them, and they had a great time. The waves were a good size for beginners. Would highly recommend!

Very nice experience! Andy is very detail oriented.. teaching us all about the dos and don’ts right from the get go like a true pro. And once we were in the water, he was really encouraging even though we took a few tries to figure it out .. and patient too (I was doing a lot of the Donts” we had a really great time and would totally recommend everyone to try it!

This experience was awesome. Five individuals ranging in age from 11-27 years old took a group surfing lesson, while their four parents watched, cheered, and took photos. Although the title states "surf lessons on the north shore of Oahu," the instructor actually met us on the east shore at a local beach that had just the right wind and waves for a perfect beginner experience. The surfers were provided with rash guards and water shoes, and the parents were able to borrow water shoes as well (for wading while taking pictures). The instructor, Andy, was knowledgeable and able to convey all information in a positive, supportive, and fun manner. Our whole group had so much fun- I highly recommend Andy and Sunset Suzy's Surf School!
