Our instructor was fantastic! It is physically challenging but so worth it! The on site coffee shop was great too.

For a very green 1st timer, I Was expecting to have a lot more supervision/guidance/help in the ocean than I got. With that said, I struggled a lot when by myself out there. I got really exhausted trying to climb back up onto the surf board every time the waves kept crashing on top of me to throw me off the board. My foot got scrapped up due to the sharp , jagged volcanic rocks. I almost thought I might drown when trapped under the surf board for a bit. I did not have enough energy to make it back to shore and the trainers were too busy with others to help me. NOT a GOOD 1st Time Surfing Experience!

Great staff! Chris did an outstanding job on our dry demo. Very informative and supportive. Paul took us out on the water. Very helpful , my husband and I stood up on our first wave!!! We had a great time. No complaints!!!! Thank you!
