Terrible experience. Would not recommend. Not worth the money we paid. Even the drivers of the tiki boat seemed unhappy.

My review is solely based off of my experience with TripAdvisor NOT the tiki boat company or it's staff. The tiki boat and staff were awesome! They did everything right. When I booked through TripAdvisor I thought I was buying a three tiki boat tour. Including a stop at crab island and actually able to get out of the boat and enjoy the water at crab island. But instead when I clicked purchase it went from a three hour ride to a one and a half hour ride. Instead of actually getting to experience crab island in the water. We drove by it and was only able to see as we drove by. It was very disappointing as this was our last day of vacation. We weren't the only people on the boat to get scammed by TripAdvisor either. Out of twelve people on the boat, seven people that bought their tickets through TripAdvisor. We were all VERY DISAPPOINTED. Again, this was not the tiki boat companies fault at all. We even explained to the staff about our experience with buying through TripAdvisor. Our family bought four tickets approximately $80 per person. So this was not a cheap outing for us. We enjoyed the hour and a half we had because the boat, staff and experience was amazing. But we bought something we didn't get and it was pretty upsetting not to get to swim at crab island.

Thank you for letting us know. We are a family owned and operated company so your feedback is very important to us. The tours adjust based on the time of year and the time of day. We will look at TripAdvisor and make sure the information is more clearly stated so there is not confusion moving forward. We are offering really cool new excursions with our new TAILFINSTIKIS that have a bathroom and a captain. We have our Dolphin Crab Island tour on a luxury captain driven boat too! Come back and we will show you a 3 hour tour of fun!!!

Seeing dolphins in the harbor❤️ The captain was knowledgeable and got many great pictures of the beautiful water.
