Sam was knowledgeable and fun. I enjoyed the Walk very much. I even met some of his friends along the way.

Our rating would have been a five based on location, layout, and history of the home; however, the owners have let the house run down considerably. Numerous items were broken: coffee maker, toaster, kitchen faucet, towel rack, lamp, patio fountain, etc. The kitchen could have been stocked better - no regular size spoons or measuring spoons. The back yard was unkept and not enjoyable to be in. In addition we were graced with a skunk whose scent permeated the entire house during the night. Since there was no air conditioning system, we were forced to have the windows open. Although all of this sounds bad, we appreciated the location greatly. We walked to the plaza each day.
