Marcia was a fabulous guide on what turned out to be a private tour. She paid special attention to keeping us safe by supplying hand sanitizer and cleaning her own hands regularly. She also was able to expertly manage my gluten intolerance with the tastings. My husband, adult son and I agreed that it was one of the best tours we've ever taken. Marcia also made recommendations that we followed over the rest of our vacation and she was right every time.

My daughter and I met Marcia at The Market for our food tour and were joined by two other lovely ladies for a fun, informative and tasty tour. We were filled with some of the most delicious food in Seattle as well as fun and informative antidotes from our local and enthusiastic tour guide Marcia. We learned many interesting facts about the market and it’s history and We were introduced to several of the “locals”. It felt very much like a “hometown” vibe and we were the special guests with the “key to the city”. All that and 11 fabulous food tastings (the website guarantees only 8) . I can’t honestly say which tasting was my favorite as all were delicious. We returned for a later visit to a few of the vendors after the tour as well. In addition we were offered a few discounts from various vendors after the tour, an unexpected surprise. Our tour went well over the expected time but Marcia made sure to check in with all of us to see if we had time and wanted to get in a couple of “rogue” stops before the tour ended. What a fun and delicious way to spend an afternoon. Would HIGHLY recommend “Show Me Seattle Tours” for the Taste of Pike Place Tour, and Marcia specifically. She was great at communicating with us prior to and after our tour and it was evident how much she loves “Her Market” and loved sharing it with us.
