I took the wife to this taste tour and we were delighted. Our tour guide Marcia was the best, she seems to really be involved in her duties as our taste tour guide because she makes sure you are enjoying yourself. Prior to the start she had made sure we knew where to go, if we were in the city, where to park and where to meet. I'm sure that's part of the job but she seemed sincere for you not to miss this experience. She knew her history which I honestly did not expect, also full disclosure I was just going for the tastings. But she gave us the history of the market place which made the tour even that much better. I've been in WA for a year now and been to pike place a couple times, but I wont be seeing it the same, now knowing the history behind it. There were two birthdays in the group and she went out of her way to even give it her own touch by getting the birthday people their own big chocolate chip cookie which made us feel even more welcomed. Finally the tastings, really great, being able to try the main foods from these shops in the market, and best part is not having to wait in the lines that are typically 30-40 min wait. This community is very welcoming and everyone for the most part knows each other especially Marcia. It was nice to be shown around by someone who genuinely loved their job and knows their city, or their market anyway. Will definitely book again when family comes to town. And apologies for no pictures on this review, she gave us chances too but I was really just enjoying it and living in the moment.

This tour was awesome! We had so much fun and were definitely full by the end of the the tour! We were a party of 4 and another group of 4 joined us. It was the perfect amount of people for this tour. Marcia was our guide and she was excellent! Not only did she provide us with the great food spots, but she was also filled with a wealth of Seattles history! We had a total of 12 tastings with additional street vendors handing out free samples. The tour was well paced, a mix between sweets and savory, and also showed us some tourist spots. Highly recommend, definitely worth it!

What a Great Tour of the Pike Place Market! Come hungry you will get full. Wide variety of food choices on the tour. Our Guide Lucky was Fantastic and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour.
