The tour beyond the Cave of the Winds was terrific. It gave us so much information about the history and current status of Niagara Falls that it was the highlight of our trip. Our guide Greg was particularly friendly and knowledgeable.

Best memory was actually touching the Falls from the platform…priceless!! I highly recommend going on a Monday or Tuesday when the crowds are manageable.

terriable!!! i was schedule at 1 we showed up at noon and had to wait till 3 oclock!!!!! 3 hrs of doing nothing with the children!!! never again, wouldve been easier if i didnt use this service and we sent the tour guide away like no we are good dont need someone following us for 4 hrs all together trying tk make something better... horriable service i dont reccommend
