The information provided by Dion, our tour guide was awesome and Antonio, our driver was amazing. He provided ponchos when the rain started and plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Really disappointed as ur team had proposed for a refund against booking a new trip as Cherry was no where to be seen. This was promised by ur team but not issued a refund yet. Felt like cheated when u sold The product with cherry blossom when actually there is no blossom. Inspite of that having promised a refund with exchange to a new program, ur team sole the new product and not declining for refund. Unethical.

Unfortunately, many of the Yoshino Cherry Blossoms along the Tidal Basin have already departed - though other blossoms are currently in bloom. Our experience is a nearly three-hour-long guided sightseeing tour of the tidal basin that is a celebration of the Cherry Blossom Festival, which we hope all can enjoy during Peak Bloom. However, as they are famously fragile flowers, we do not guarantee that you will see cherry blossoms in bloom while on the tour. Your refund was declined because you called mere minutes before the tour began. Understanding about the blossoms, we generously offered for you to take one of our other sightseeing tours in exchange so you could explore other parts of Washington. This offer still stands, and we hope you do give us a call.

Paul was an extremely knowledgeable tour guide. We had sufficient time to see each attraction. Highly recommended. We had an Asian couple who misunderstood the time to return but they called the company and since we were close we picked them back up. Great experience
