Games are recommended for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
The Escape Game experiences are very different from what you typically see in other escape rooms. These games aren't scary or dark. They are exciting, adventurous, and something all guests can enjoy.
Unless you book all the spots in a game, our games have the potential to be shared experiences, which means others could book into your game and join your team.

We enjoyed our first experience at the Escape Game! Lots of fun... best 60 min EVER! We were nervous because it was our first experience in an escape room, but it was better than I imagined! The staff was awesome AND we escaped from prison!!

I have done a few other escape games in Jacksonville, like most other people living here. I have some advice: leave your past experiences and expectations at the door. I have never felt so engaged in an escape experience before. The beautiful storefront aside, the amount of effort put into the design of the escape room itself is incredible. You can feel the dedication through every detail. The smells, the sounds, the touch -- I felt every sense being utilized in an effort to explore the game (except for taste--I would not recommend licking the equipment!!) I also prefer that your Game Guide is not standing awkwardly in the room with you, but rather monitoring your group by camera and helping unique to your groups' needs. I believe this way of giving clues is much more immersive to the whole experience. I did Special Ops with my family, friends, and a couple that we did not know. At some point in the 60 minutes, there was a challenge that every one of us excelled at. It was so engaging for everyone involved. I promise you, with whatever escape game experience you have walking in this place, you will not be disappointed. I can't wait to come back!!!
