We loved this audio tour...the convenience of ordering/paying online, the tour choices offered for Milwaukee, the gps connection so the tour was in sync with our progress, the quality of the tour guide and the reasonable cost. It would have been even better as a loop rather than a linear route. This was our first...but it absolutely won't be our last!

Outstanding app and tour. Highly recommend this walking tour. It is informative and entertaining. Will use this app in more cities in the future. Love the self pace. Love can do at your convenience. Love the GPS feature so you always are at the right spot

Paid for & downloaded app and tour at the hotel. Our hotel was at the halfway point between the start and end of the tour, but we were instructed online that cwe had to walk to the start point in order for the tour to start. Once we got there, we were unable to access the tour because it kept trying to download something (which I had theoretically downloaded at the hotel). Complete waste of money!

Hi Heather, Sorry that this wasn't a positive experience for you. All of our tours follow a set route, as mentioned in the listing. This is a self-guided GPS tour, and, for that to work, you need to start at the right place (otherwise there will be no way to trigger the audio). When you say you "theoretically downloaded" the tour at the hotel, it sounds like you may not have waited for the download to complete. The download screen will tell you once all files have been downloaded, so it's important that you wait for the download to finish. You do have lifetime access to this tour, so, if you'd like to take it again, please make sure to download the full tour before you leave the hotel, and remember that the start location is important because of the GPS-playback component.
