There is a category 5 hurricane that has claimed the lives of several people headed straight towards Savannah, the city is being evacuated, but this company still won't refund my money. I have been calling all day only to be told by corporate they are still doing the tour and can only offer me a rain check. We had to cancel our entire trip and don't have plans to come back, so I explained that is not going to work. They said there's nothing else they can do. There is literally no way to get into the city of Savannah even if I risked my life to go on this ghost tour. This company is RIPPING off people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

We appreciate any and all constructive feedback in regards to our tours and our customer service. We strive to maintain a level of excellence and are concerned with your thoughts that you have expressed here. We have been operating tours in Savannah, as well as 2 other Port Cities, for over seven years and have done our best to create a procedure for severe weather situations that is fair for all parties involved. The safety of our guests and our tour guides is important to us. And through experience we have discovered that when it comes to weather forecasts, it is best if we address the situation day by day. So, we are more than happy to reschedule or raincheck a guest that is unsure if they are going to make their visit, and we address refund requests for the weather as the situation becomes more clear. That doesn't mean that we don't honor a request due to dangerous weather conditions, it means that we do so when the forecast becomes an actuality.
Please give our reservations department a chance to proceed with their action plan in regards to addressing our guests during this time of uncertainty, as I am sure you will be taken care of with consideration and kindness.
