DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PASS. We lost one whole day of our stay in NYC just trying to validate this stupid pass so we could begin to use it. We went to the Empire State Bldg. where WE WERE TOLD (back in Feb. when purchased) that is could be validated. When we got there, we fought lines only to find out they no longer validate there or even include it in the pass.(It was listed on the information provided at purchase and no one advised otherwise). After wasting an hour there, we had to go to 8th and 48th St., to get it validated. No taxis or Ubers available (it was Sunday), So we walked in the heat and crowds only to find another hour long line. We opted for the hop on and off bus to see the City and were told where (exact address) it would stop. Next day we went there, waited an hour and finally saw a bus on the opposite side of the street, going the opposite direction. Though confused, we went to that other corner, waited another 40 minutes and finally a bus came and we were told there was no room. After a bit of an argument someone said there were a couple of seats in the back row inside.... no visibility at all. It was a joke. We got off at the 9/11 memorial area and WERE TOLD TO PICK UP THE BUS AT THAT LOCATION. After seeing the memorial we went to that location, waited a while, asked some questions, and were told by other frustrated pass holders that it didn't stop there, and had to move to another location and wait. At that point we decided to use Uber and forget the pass. In fact, at the 9/11 memorial, the American Museum of National History and the Met, we did use the pass BUT ONLY AFTER WAITINGI IN THE LONG LINES TO get the ticket to enter. There was no advantage to having the pass and in fact it cost us considerable time and saved us no money. WHAT A RIP OFF. In the future, just pre-purchase tickets to the sites/events you want to see and you have immediate, no wait access. Like the Vatican Museum, The Familia Sagrada, The Louvre, as in done in all civilized countries. We loved New York, but cursed the day we bought the Flex Pass. unless you want to save a couple of dollars and don't mind lines or want to see anything, avoid this scam. Finally, the people working there don't know anything. It was like it was everyone's first day on the job. Also, no one answers the telephone # provided to address questions, you are put on hold and no one ever answers and you use up your cell phone battery so you can't even call Uber! In case you missed my subtle observations, I repeat, DO NOT BUY THIS PASS.
