We did this tour in mid November and were blessed with a beautiful day. Sean was our tour guide, he was fun and knowledgeable. We traveled through many areas and got a great overview of the city. I would strongly recommend this tour in the beginning of your trip, it will give you some ideas on where you may want to spend more time. The electric bikes are fun and make the hills easy to navigate. The only negative is that if you are toward the back of the tour (We had about 11 people), it is impossible to hear the tour guide and in many of the busy areas you need to ride single file.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience on our Original City Loop Bike Tour - we will be sure to pass along the kind words to Sean. As you mentioned, the tour is a great overview of the city and really gives some good ideas for where you may want to re-visit or explore during the rest of your stay. Heading into our off-season, we will be sure to re-evalusate the group size per your feedback. It is very important that each participant hear all of the information given throughout the ride. I really appreciate your honesty, as it certainly helps to improve our guest experience moving forward. Thank you, Dylan

I took the decision of opting for Original Loop electric bike tour going by the reviews and it was perfect for a first time visitor to San Francisco. I got to visit areas that I am sure I would have never even known to check out on my own. We visited the coastline, parks, neighborhoods and even got a feel of navigating traffic on the busy city streets. I took the another cycle tour in Atlanta a few days back but that was normal bikes. For San Francisco, electric bikes are the only option given all the hills. Best of all, the information from the tour allowed me to decide which areas I want to explore more if I have more days in SF

This tour was so much fun. The electric bikes are a brilliant idea around San Francisco as made the tour so effortless which I really appreciated. Also it meant you were able to actually enjoy the surroundings and scenery without being exhausted from pedalling. Our guide was full of little titbits of information and very patient and calm with those of us who struggle with riding on the other side of the road. We got to see areas that you probably wouldn't cover when visiting the City, so that was another bonus for me.
I would recommend this to anyone and I would certainly do this again if I was ever back in San Francisco.
