All of the staff were super nice and there was a ton to look at and listen to! The tour starts but getting your boarding pass and your audio phone. Everyone receives their own audio phone which is great so you can listen at your own pace. Some people had their volumes up too high which was annoying but it worked well majority of the tour. The boarding pass included the name and background of an actual titanic passenger and at the end of the tour you learned their fate. We spent a little over two hours here! We went on a Thursday morning and thankfully it was on the slower side. The replica grand staircase was beautiful! And the different attraction type things were great at allowing you to gauge what that night felt like - including an “outdoor” part that had the temperature from that night, and a bowl of water showing the temperature of the water. Definitely a humbling experience. And a very sweet touch: we went during October and they had pink ribbons by each name on the survivor wall if that person later died of cancer. Very sweet touch!

This is definitley a tourist trap attraction but it was still fun and very informative without of detail. There is a lot of information and those that died and those that survived, even down to who was on what lifeboat. I didn’t listen too much to the audio tour as I was trying to move quickly to stay away from the crowds. But I had plenty to read on the displays so it was fine. Everyone who worked there was I costume which really kept you in the experience. The employees seem to really know their history as well so don’t be afraid to ask them any questions. I found everyone friendly. You can take pictures just not on the first floor. They also military/veteran discount. I suggest going early in the day. They do have time slots to keep the crowds down.

Learning how the Holocaust and the Titanic had ties to each other. Heading stories about how people helped one another and seeing how they lived on board the ship.
