I am working in Boston and my sister was visiting. We were both interested in the Freedom Trail but wanted to make sure we got the most out of it. Which we feel our tour w/ Caitlin went really well and added to our experience as opposed to walking The Freedom Trail by ourselves. Caitlin was a great narrator. She spoke loudly for everyone in our group to hear. She even paused when we were in noisy areas, to let loud noises, like sirens from passing ambulances, pass by before continuing. Her narration included a plethora of information and facts from history to present day. She left opportunity for answering questions and asked questions in return to keep everyone engaged. Her energy was contagious and she included humor in her presentation.

Just finished a tour and it exceeded expectations. Caitlin has confidently mastered the art of storytelling, captivating us all with fun (and often funny) stories of revolutionary Boston. I'm a Mass native and a tour guide myself, so my bar is set pretty high for this stuff. Happy to say this experience went above that bar. I hope the company decides to add a full Freedom Trail tour that goes out to Bunker Hill, because I'd definitely pay more for that.

We had Caitlyn for our tour guide and we couldn't have been happier. We live in MA but still so many things we didn't know about Boston/how it was settled/how some of the street names came to be etc... Lots of fun facts, those little graveyards buried the dead by stacking people so there are actually 8-10,000 people in a graveyard that looks to have a few hundred graves. The tour never got dull. I'd say the hardest part is booking this tour if you had a groupon (we did) we never got confirmation or a meeting place-the Common. They should have people that answer the phone or return a call to confirm your booked.
