My 16yo son and I took this tour yesterday, as I did not think he would do the self guided tour and actually pay attention. We had about 9 in our group which was perfect - not too many or few. A very informative animated tour with John! I would recommend without reservation! A fun educational afternoon!

My wife and I came to Boston on vacation and the Freedom Trail was one of our most anticipated events. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we did learn a decent amount of history, but what made it poor was that all throughout the tour he regularly shared his bias political opinions and viewpoints. He would even say “you can probably hear my biases coming out.” And laughed about it. He tied a 17th century church to the Black Lives Matter and Gay pride movements rather than just giving us the history of what took place. Very disappointing. I would not have done it if I had known this.
