With over 300 years of history, Tribeca combines historical landmarks and brave architectural feats into one fascinating neighborhood. Tribeca has a distinct personality all on its own, so we decided to honor it with its own tour. And trust us, no architecture knowledge is needed to enjoy this tour. If you enjoy beautiful buildings, amazing history and hearing incredible stories about how a farmland turned into one of New York City's most famous neighborhoods, and the wealthiest zip code in the United States, this tour is for you! During our 2 1/2 hours together, we will visit over 15 locations, stopping for pictures and learning about how Tribeca got its name, how the neighborhood played a huge part in the formation of Manhattan, and seeing some of the most hidden, or easily missed, historical sights in the neighborhood!

Et faites-nous confiance, aucune connaissance en architecture n'est nécessaire pour profiter de cette visite. Si vous aimez les beaux bâtiments, l'histoire étonnante et entendre des histoires incroyables sur la façon dont une terre agricole s'est transformée en l'un des quartiers les plus célèbres de New York et le code postal le plus riche des États-Unis, cette visite est pour vous ! Au cours de nos 2 heures et demie ensemble, nous visiterons plus de 15 lieux, nous arrêterons pour prendre des photos et découvrirons comment Tribeca tire son nom, comment le quartier a joué un rôle important dans la formation de Manhattan et découvrirons certains des plus cachés, ou facilement raté, sites historiques dans le quartier!

Our guide, Meghan, was fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Tribeca and presented information enthusiastically. She easily answered questions from the participants and was able to include many back stories throughout the tour. I highly recommend both the tour itself and Meghan as your guide.
