This course gives you a real scuba diving experience during which you will go out on the dive boat and do 2 dives on our beautiful coral reefs with one of our instructors. You will see uncountable varieties of colorful fish and possibly nurse sharks, reef sharks, eagle rays, turtles, goliath groupers and barracudas. We have no dangerous animals on our reefs, so you can relax and enjoy!

The price of this full day adventure includes everything you need for the experience (academics, rental gear, pool training, instructor for the whole day), and at the end of the day your souvenir certificate. All you need is a swimsuit and a towel.

Please note that you must be able to swim in order to learn how to scuba dive. You must also be in excellent health.

This was the second time I was diving in the keys with Scuba Fun and as the last time everything was just perfect. Friendly and professional team, well maintained equipment and excellent knowledge where to dive. This time we did some extensive wreck diving. Rick our guide was just fabulous to show us the best places. Highly recommended dive center! Markus

I have contacted Scuba Fun well in advance and Anya and her team responded always quickly and informative. They don't have their own boats which in my opinion is a great advantage as they don't sell you what they have to but what fits you. The boats and crews I was booked on to were great (thank you ladies from the Santana!). When I finally arrived, everything was organized. Not to mention how friendly everyone was. They made me feel like I had been with them for years. Jeff was a great dive guide. I am an AOW but I have never dived a wreck like the Spiegel Grove. Jeff was accurate, relaxed and very trustworthy. Check out the result here http://youtu.be/dg59INlh8Yk . Even when Anya had to go back to Germany the shop ran smoothly. And when my damn BCD broke down they fixed it within an hour. So if you plan a trip to Key Largo, contact Scuba Fun, organize yourself ahead and you'll have the time of your life.

We took are PADI Open Water Scuba course at Scuba Fun. The instructors taught us all we needed to know in an efficient and fun manner. The boat dives were done on a wreck and on a reef off Key Largo. The dives in and of themselves were very interesting and a lot of fun. We drove down from Fort Lauderdale and it was well worth the trip. I highly recommend Scuba Fun and I look forward to going back in the future.
