Outstanding! Karen knew the history, had. Wonderful manner about her and made the tour exceptional. She described each food before we got to the restaurant and kept all of us interested and engaged…even in the rain and cold!

This was our 2nd tour with Tucson Food Tours having completed the Downtown tour previously. This tour took us to the 4th Avenue area that is being re-invigorated with a number of new eateries joining the existing restaurants. All of the restaurants we visited are locally owned and offer many personal dishes. Chris our tour guide provided a good intro to each restaurant and the food we were about to taste.

Our food tour was great. Expert tour guide Chris helped us discover several restaurants that were new to us where we sampled a variety of specialties. His knowledge of local history and his “foodie” advice made the tour a valuable orientation to the neighborhood. Afterward, we returned to the area to explore many of the retail shops and some of the other restaurants. Highly recommend!
